The HACC Group/Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 15, 2026
Last updated: June 15, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how The HACC Group, Inc. (“HACC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through our corporate website at thehaccgroup.com(the “Site”). Our registered address is 7950 Legacy Dr Suite 431, Plano, TX 75024, USA.
2. Scope
This policy applies only to the corporate Site. It does not cover:
- The DarkTrafficIQ mobile application, which has its own privacy policy available at thehaccgroup.com/dti/privacy-policy.
- Our products and services (including the TrafficIQ platform and customer portal), which are governed by separate agreements, including our Terms of Service and any applicable data processing agreement.
Where a separate agreement governs a product or service, that agreement controls for that product or service.
3. Information we collect
The Site is an informational and contact-oriented website. We collect information in two ways:
a. Information you provide through our forms. When you submit one of our forms, we collect the information you choose to enter:
- Contact form: your name, company, role, email address, the audience category you select, and your message.
- Investor materials request: your name, firm, role, email address, optional LinkedIn URL, the context for your interest, and your confirmation of accredited/institutional investor status.
- DarkTrafficIQ launch waitlist: your email address.
b. Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — for the purpose of delivering the Site securely and reliably. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.
We do not require account creation, and we do not collect payment information through the Site.
4. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and route it to the appropriate team;
- Review and respond to investor materials requests (each request is reviewed individually before any materials are shared);
- Add you to the DarkTrafficIQ launch waitlist and notify you at launch, if you request it;
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Site; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. How we share your information
We share information only as follows:
- Service providers (sub-processors) that help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries, including: our website hosting and content-delivery provider, our form-submission storage provider, and our transactional email provider. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Legal and safety reasons, where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of HACC, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this policy.
6. Data retention
We retain form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate business and recordkeeping purposes, after which we delete or anonymize them. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have a security concern, please see our Responsible Disclosure page.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@trafficiq.ai. We will respond consistent with applicable law. You may also opt out of waitlist communications at any time by contacting us.
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of other states or regions may have rights under their applicable laws.
9. Cookies and analytics
The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use strictly necessary technologies required for the Site to function and to keep it secure. If we introduce privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is collected.
10. Children
The Site is intended for a business and professional audience and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International visitors
HACC is based in the United States and processes information in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be indicated as appropriate.
