We aim to respond to support tickets within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Paid subscribers receive priority handling.
Before You Contact Us
Please have the following ready:
- Your account email address
- Device model and OS version
- App version (via Settings → About)
- A description of the issue, including any error messages and the timestamp
- Screenshots or screen recordings if applicable
Common Topics
Sign-in / Account Recovery
- Use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in screen to reset your password.
- Apple Sign-In users can set a password in Settings → Account → Set Password.
- If you’re not receiving your email verification code, check your spam folder, wait 60 seconds, then request a new code.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google, not directly through HACC.
- iOS: Settings → [name] → Subscriptions → DarkTrafficIQ
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google Play directly.
- Use the “Restore Purchases” option in-app if your subscription is not reflected after reinstalling.
Push Notifications
- Verify that notification permissions are enabled in your device settings.
- In-app toggle: Settings → Notifications.
- Reinstalling the app refreshes push-notification tokens if alerts have stopped arriving.

Security Reporting
To report a security vulnerability in DarkTrafficIQ or any HACC system, email security@trafficiq.ai. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.
